Recipe:
- In a hot summer day, chill out on the white long "Carribean style" beach of Tropea, a small village on the Tyrrhenian coast of the wild Calabira;
- When you'll be tired of the hot sun, the warm calm sea full of small fishes, the smell of food in the air and the green and chubby aloe trees in the background; take a walk in the upper village;
- Wander around the small handcrafted gift shops and the cafès exposing yummy food, untill you'll notice red/purple stands;
- Get close to them and you'll realize that the red rubies are actually the world famous "Cipolle di Tropea" (Tropea's onions).
- Try them chopped in a salad with redlicious tomatoes, fresh basil, milky mozzarella and extra virgin olive oil: these onions are unbelievably sweet and  tempting...

After tasting "Cipolle di Tropea" all the other onions will look like a bad copy!

- Inviting blue sea;
- A long walk through quicksand and many nudists (uhm...!) on Agios Georgios Beach;
- A wild and natural wellness zone.

Recipe:

- Early in the morning, with some supplies, take your motorbike and look for the famous Agios Georgios Beach;
- Absolutely don't stop where the crowd is, keep walking and pass the nudist area (keep looking at the sea, keep looking at the sea, keep looking at the sea!!!) It will be worth the effort!!
- This adventurous path will take you at the end of the beach, where, hidden on your right, you will see tiny desolated beaches with weird beige stones;
- Grab one little stone, immerse it in the blue warm water of the sea and cover your body with this greysh mud;

Enjoy your free, dirty but healthy natural mud bath!

- One longtail boat;
- Sun (to taste);
- Light-blue/green sea;
- Sandy Railay beach;
- One huge smile;
- One nice lady with a funny hat.

Recipe:
- Take a sunny day in Thailand (no hard to find in December);
- Buy one ticket @ Ao Nang kiosk and jump on a colourful longtail boat waiting to leave from Ao Nang beach;
- Enjoy the slow journey and the amazing views of the coast for about 20 minutes;
- When you reach Railay beach, jump off the boat and enjoy the beautiful scenery (time: as needed - but never enough);
- Find a spot and lay down. Wait until a smiling lady with blue eyes, sunny blonde hair and a nice hat will approach to sell you a relaxing massage;
- Kindly deny but let her donate you a nice smile that will make you happier for the rest of the day.
