Ćevapi in Jajce – Bosnia and Herzegovina

Ingredients:
- A waterfall, a fortress and 20 windmills;
- A small village: Jajce;
- 5/10 pieces of the national dish: Ćevapi.
Recipe:
- Take a picture at the picturesque Pliva Waterfalls… if it’s a hot summer day there’s no better place to go!
- With a car, drive following the river Pliva until you reach the 20 Middle Ages Watermills (5km from Jajce). Look around these nice small mills and enjoy a walk in the surrounding relaxing green area;
- Back in Jajce, inside the city walls, you can’t miss the walk up to the Jajce Fortress… the effort will be rewarded by the stunning view of the countryside;
- Walking and wandering made you hungry? No worries, the Bosnian national dish is a yummy way to recover your strength: Minced beef meat, seasoned with different spices, grilled and served with onion, tomatoes, salad and sour cream.

Ćevapi + pitta bread + chips + a cold beer= the recipe for a happy dinner!
