Tasty Focaccia in Cinque Terre - Liguria - Italy

Ingredients:

- A slow and vintage italian train;

- 5 lovely seaside villages;

- The tipical ligurian street food.

Recipe:

- Take one of the trains that connects LaSpezia with these five charming and lovely fisherman's villages called "Cinque Terre". (This is the best way to visit these places and it will avoid parking issues and driving up and down steep hills - you can buy the "Cinque Terre Card" for unlimited journeys);

- Jump on and off the train at each railway station to discover 5 gems:

Monterosso: a long pebble beach and a nice village just after the tunnel where you will find a concertina player;
Vernazza: can a street leading to the sea be so charming?
Corniglia: climb the hill to get a stunning view of the coast;
Manarola: a nice and easy walk will take you to "Piazza Uccelli Morti", the perfect viewpoint to enjoy the colours of the "cliff houses";
Rio Maggiore: a nice little harbour with singing seagulls and a fascinating view.
